MightyCall is easy for anyone to use and doesn’t require setting up additional hardware to get started. You don’t have to take the time to learn the technical aspects of new pieces of equipment, so your business can start benefitting from the system right away. The user interface is simple and straightforward and includes easy-to-use flowcharts to manage your communications.

To get started, you select either a local or toll-free virtual phone number. Next, you add users and their extensions to the system. Once your users are added, you set the call routing rules for your systems and add greetings, business hours, and voicemails.

The final step is integrating the software with your CRM system and the other tools you use to manage your business. MightyCall easily integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Zapier, and other apps you already use for your business. MightyCall gives you more oversight and makes it easy to manage all of your business operations from one place.

Plans

MightyCall offers three plans designed to meet the needs of businesses of all sizes. The Small Team plan starts at $15 per month per user and is for businesses with one to two employees. This plan includes extra charges for multimedia messages and does not include voice-to-text or call recording features. The Small Team plan also does not include the API and CRM integrations covered in the other plans.

The Business plan is for larger teams of three people or more and starts at $20 per month per user. This plan grants you access to all of MightyCall's features with no limits on multimedia messaging or the number of contacts you can store in your Contact Book.

The Enterprise plan offers the same features as the Business plan but is priced at a flat fee of $150 a month for as many users as you need to add.

Softphones are computer programs that let you make and receive calls over the internet if you prefer not to use a browser.
